Urban Heights
Urban Heights is a boutique hotel in Chappinerio Alto, a district of Bogota Colombia, the hotel has 17 beautiful designed studio-style units. This investment was supposed to be completely passive; however, due to Covid, I have had to take a leadership role on the project that will likely be permanent. If you would like to see how my journey with Urban Heights, from the beginning to now, has unfolded, please click here. If you would like to book a stay, please click here.
I’m The Real Thing
Growing up, watching HGTV shows doing a rehab has always appealed to me, and I think, appeals to anyone who enjoys those kinds of shows. This project was my first full gut rehab, and this project made me feel as though I made it as an investor. This 4 Bed 1.5 Bath project took, in West Baltimore, around 6 months to complete and rents for $1500 and has been a consistent source of cash flow for my portfolio.
Jumping Out There
This is my first ever real estate project. This is the deal where I cut my teeth. There were a lot of ups and downs (like when on day 2 of my first ever tenant moving in the basement bathroom flooded), but luckily, there have been more ups than downs. This deal kept me afloat when cash got tight and kept me moving forward on my investment journey. This deal was 3 Bed 1.5 Bath that rented for $1375 in East Baltimore.
